Our Process
Initial Enquiry
Fill out an enquiry form with your details. In the message section, please include that this is for an Insulation Refresh along with any details of the space. Such as ducting, solar panels, or inaccessible portions. If possible, provide the m² of the area.*
Remote Quoting
We aim to provide the most accurate quote possible. For our remote quoting process, we use a combination of Google Earth measurements, property listing sites, and—most importantly—the details you provide.
Onsite Preparation
Our team will arrive with all the necessary equipment, setting up a drop sheet and ladder to protect your home.
Reinstatement Process
We carefully reposition and refit your existing insulation back between the joists, helping to restore some of the energy efficiency your home has been lacking.
Thorough Clean-up
Once the job’s done, we tidy up any mess we’ve made, leaving your home as clean as we found it.
Before & After Photos²
To make things even easier, we offer transparent pricing: a flat rate of $300 for the first 50m²*, with any additional area charged at $6.50/m². Booking is simple, too! Secure your spot with a 50% deposit, and pay the remainder onsite/online upon completion. We accept bank transfers and EFTPOS for your convenience.
*Pricing starts at $300 for the first 50m². The final cost may be influenced by factors such as roof pitch, ducting, and other obstructions that could affect the reinstatement process. Additional area is charged at $6.50 per m², with the final price adjusted based on the specific conditions of your space.
¹Home must be a pitched roof, have an access hatch, and be navigable. Photos of the access hatch and inside the ceiling space are required prior to quoting to ensure insulation is present. These details are necessary to receive any quote from us regarding an Insulation Refresh.
